Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 5-8 business days. During launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Shipping Delays
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at amorpyaarcandles@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at amorpyaarcandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
